Ongoing Services Terms

Last updated 20 September 2026

These terms cover ongoing work: monthly marketing, campaign management and support after a project is delivered. They form part of our Terms & Conditions.

Read this bit if you read nothing else. The accounts are yours, the advertising budget is yours and is paid by you straight to the platform, and the brand files are yours. We do the work inside your accounts, with care, and tell you plainly how it is going. We do not promise results nobody can honestly promise.

1. What ongoing work includes

Your quote sets out exactly what is covered each month. Depending on what you have chosen, that can include:

Anything not written in the quote is not included. If you want something added, we will quote for it first.

2. Accounts and access

Advertising, social and other platform accounts are held in your name. You give us the access we need to do the work, and you can remove it at any time.

If you do not yet have the accounts, we will help you open them — in your name, not ours. That way nothing you have built is ever locked up with us.

3. Advertising budget

Ad spend is separate from our fees. It is billed by the platform directly to your own payment method, and it never passes through us. We do not hold client funds and we never see, handle or store your card details.

We agree a budget with you in writing and work within it. We will not raise it without your say-so.

Platform billing, policies, ad approvals and account decisions — including suspensions — are matters between you and the platform. If a platform causes a problem, we will help you deal with it, but we cannot control their decisions.

4. Reporting

You get a regular update in plain English: what ran, what it cost, what happened, and what we suggest next. The figures come from the platforms' own reporting. We present them honestly, including when they are disappointing.

5. No guaranteed results

Marketing results depend on things nobody controls: your market, your offer, your budget, the season and the platforms themselves. We do not guarantee any particular level of reach, enquiries, sales or return — and you should be wary of anyone who does.

What we do commit to is carrying out the work with reasonable care and skill, and being straight with you about how it is going.

6. Response times

We aim to reply to requests within one working day.

That is a target response time, not a guaranteed turnaround. How long something takes depends on what it is, and whether it sits with us or with a platform.

7. Included changes

Finished projects include a period of free support, as stated in your quote. During it, small changes are included on a fair-use basis.

A small change means adjusting wording, resizing or exporting an existing design in another format, or a minor colour or layout tweak — routine upkeep of work we have already delivered.

It does not mean: new designs, new campaigns, a change of direction, or new third-party services. Those are new work and are quoted separately. If a request goes beyond the allowance we will tell you before doing it, with a price — never afterwards on an invoice.

8. What is not included

9. Ending ongoing work

Either of us can end the arrangement with 30 days' written notice. Fees already paid for the current period are not refunded.

If you leave, you keep everything: your accounts, your audiences, your campaign history and your brand files. We will hand over any working files you need, remove our own access, and will not withhold anything.

We may pause work where fees are more than 30 days overdue, or where we are asked to publish something unlawful or misleading — but not without telling you first and giving you a chance to put it right.

10. Your responsibilities

11. Liability

Our liability for ongoing services is limited to the fees you paid us for those services in the 12 months before the issue arose. We are not liable for advertising spend charged to you by a platform.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, and if you are a consumer, nothing here affects your statutory rights.

12. Questions

If anything here is unclear, ask before you sign rather than afterwards: hello@camm.design.
